I returned this U-Haul at 1:30 PM. The person who served me didn’t really care and just took the keys for me. Didn’t acknowledge anything or check the car. This took place at 1:30 PM. When I looked on the app, I see that my return was at 3:38 PM. I have now been charged $100 more than what I was supposed to. There are two transactions in my account and should only be one. I am certainly displeased and now my account has been taken money out of and should’ve never had.
