The truck was parked in a snowbank and covered with snow. We had to clean it off ourselves and pull it out. No walk around was done and incorrect starting mileage was entered on the contract. She had told us to take a photo of the odometer so we knew the starting numbers. The clerk said he would get his manager to fix it and I would get an email the next day. This didn't happen...I called back and was told they would do it tomorrow. They redid the contract and charged me an extra 22 cents...they did not change the starting mileage. This went on for 4 days when the clerk finally gave me the hotline number. I called and a lovely lady had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. All is good now, thanks to Orion on the hotline but this location definitely needs an upgrade.

KIMBERLY WI rented a truck in Goderich Ontario at the Little Bowl. When I was shown to the truck I realized I made a mistake and the truck was way too large. Thankfully, the very professional, kind and excellent proprietor switched me over to a smaller truck at the Mobil U-Haul. Unfortunately, I have two charges from U-Haul: one for the large truck which I never even touched, much less drove, and another charge for the smaller truck which I did indeed drive. Why am I being billed for both trucks? One of which I never even touched. Finally, the smaller truck only had 1/3 of a tank of gas. When I returned it it had over 1/2 tank. Therefore, I gave U-Haul free gas. Even so, U-Haul charged me over $30 because I had not filled up the tank before dropping off the truck. In other words, U-Haul ripped me off for $30 and is charging me for a truck I never even touched. I will be pursuing these issues with U-Haul in the coming days.

PATRICK MHorrible lack of customer service! System wasn’t working. We were unable to pay in our preferred method and were given attitude and not even an apology for the inconvenience! The truck was also grimy with dirty floors. And we paid almost $400 for this service! Would not return or recommend.
