They were great to deal with and very friendly. However Labrador City needs a proper UHaul depot with more and consistent selection as well as storage facility.

Did not receive the truck that was initially booked. We had to leave things behind that we couldn’t fit in the 20’ truck. Rented moving blankets and a dolly, moving blankets were improperly stored and was questionable if they were available. I didn’t have room for the dolly we rented, so I returned it to the rental location, and I ended up being charged $130 because it wasn’t returned at the drop off location with the uhaul truck. Extremely frustrating process.

This is disgusting and rude behavior, I would give 0 if it was possible, it took me 3 hours to pick up my finished trailer, only after I called U delivery I was able to get my trailer. Never visit this place

Nobody was available when I went to puck up truck. Lady at desk called Keith who was the guy responsible for renting trucks. He told me I had to wait and he would be there whenever he gets there. Very unprofessional.. delayed my moving and cost me to have paid movers sitting. Almost 3 hours waiting to get truck. Unacceptable. I would appreciate a call concerning this matter.

When you book a trailer a month before you need it have it there when you go pick it up I ordered 6 by 12 when I went there all they had was 4 by 8
