CHRISTINE GI didn’t have any interaction at this location. I dropped off the truck butt was not able to upload mileage and fuel. However, I received a message a couple hours later that my truck was properly turned in.
AMIR MTrailer leaked and all of my items on top were wet. They need to check the equipment before renting out.
Kimberly CBe patient with the self check in locks, they are used at all locations and are not the easiest in the world! The staff is the friendliest you will find, even though we did self check early morning, the night before I got a call with very detailed instructions. Easy and and out!

Donald GThe inside of the location in Laramie could be picked up and tidied up a little. I tripped on something coming in the door. In my comment at the pick up location applies to the drop off when the returning the Uhaul the guy commented that inside the trailer was dirty but I stated it was that way when we picked it up then because nothing we put in the trailer was dirty.
