The person at the front desk was very helpful and polite and set up the trailer for us.. I’ve been to other location in town and they don’t even bother coming out of the store to help. I tried doing the check out from the app since I called HQ cust service ahead of time to reserve and my reservation wasn’t even showing the gentleman looked up my reservation and had to enter everything because the person on the phone apparently didn’t do any of that. The facility was very clean and organized. When I returned the trailer there was plenty of room to park but the app again doing its thing and wouldn’t give me the chance to do that.
