Have truck cleaned out including the inside cab area. The back was nasty with loose debris everywhere. I had to pick up trash before I could use a blower to blow out the back. The front windshield could hardly be seen out for safe driving.

We were dropping off equipment at this location. The exchange was quick and painless. The employees were friendly and took care of everything for us.
TIFFANY SThe vehicle was filthy… cigarette ashes in the cup holder, debris in the floor, cab not wiped down or clean from previous rental. Playing cards and a couple blue pills found by the moving team when they loaded in the back. We were running 15min behind to pick up the truck, and he still had to “check it in” and get the blankets loaded which took 25 min. The final blow besides the smoke smelling cab, was the AC didn’t work. Josh from your roadside assistance team came and was AWESOME! Got us fixed in a timely manner!!! The pick up location was NOT the one I selected, but it came out in my emails closer to pick up. My place of choice in Hartwell is always better. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone

DAVID HI would get charged if I returned the truck with less fuel in it than I had in it when I picked it up. I returned the truck with MORE fuel in it than when I picked it up. So I got ripped off. That's not the way you should do business.

Robert POn-line check in, after hours, should be explained at check out. I dropped off the trailer and returned home to complete check in only to find out that I HAD TO COMPLETE ON LINE CHECK IN AT THE PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION! Cost me an unexpected trip back to the store and much frustration. Location owner was NOT AWARE of that requirement.

david KOnly thing I can think of is to shorten the safety chains on the trailer. I've been hooked up to many trailers in my life, most of which I rebuilt and never have I had that long of a chain. No need as far as I can see.
William RThe guy took my keys on Friday and said he would take care of checking me in and that I would get an email in a few minutes to confirm delivery. In fact he forgot to do it and did not take care of it until Monday morning, leaving me concerned all weekend that I would be getting charged for the extra time. Very unprofessional.

DeLane PI was late, but then they had to check out the truck and find moving blankets to go in it. They were nice and everything but renting U-haul trucks isn't their main business. My truck had damage that wasn't in pictures. The pictures were old. The rental site documented this and got me on my way.

Kenneth FU-Haul changed my pickup location from Senica, SC to Hartwell GA without informing me. The day of pickup still had pickup location as Senica, SC. The extra driving caused me two hours delay and unnecessarily fuel cost. I would expect a company like UHaul to be more professional. This was not the fault ofModern Tire but UHaul corporate.
ELTON CEven though UHaul is a sideline for him the owner stopped what he was doing and took care of my rental in a very short time. He helped me connect the trailer to my truck and checked the brake lights and blinkers.
CHARLES BMore dedication to customers, the ac wasn't cooling at all on the truck, the headlights were very poor very dim, extremely difficult to see. The truck was lacking in power, the interior with the exception of the driver's side was clean and the back of the truck was clean.

JAMES MWas finally able to rent a uhaul from this place after calling at least 5 times. Stood around waiting on someone to help me with the rental. After about 20 minutes of wasting my time someone finally helped me and didnt explain anything about the rental, just took my basic info and gave me the keys. Then they overcharged me with driving over 50 miles when I didnt even drive 20.

Hines CI have nothing bad to say about the facility or the owner who I just luckily got to meet b/c he stopped by the location when we were dropping off the the truck. What I am really upset about is your app does not work to turn in my truck. I had my phone setting set up correctly and i went through them 2 times with 2 different departments of UHaul and they agreed I had it set up, but each time I went to click on sharing my location, I would get a warning saying it could not see where I was. The owner confirmed that and said I am not the first. He also was not sure why Uhaul had be drive 26 miles from my Anderson SC location to his location to drop the tuck off, when he had plenty of trucks. I left my location in Anderson at 6:00 and got to his location in GA at 6:45. I was on the phone and trying to check in until 8:00pm and this did not make me happy b/c you had me in a location that must not have good cellular or internet service after hours. The time it cost me to drive there and then sit there to check in my truck and then back track back to Anderson and on home to Rock Hill in my personal car did not even touch the discount you gave me. I will never suggest anyone to do that nor will I ever do that again. A ride home to Rock Hill from your truck drop off should have been 2.5 hours,but ended up being 6 hours b/c of the delay your process gave me. so, nope not happy at all with UHaul. but I am not blaming the people where I dropped it off nor the people I picked it up from.

ROBERT MWhen I made this reservation, 7/24 at approx.1:00pm for 2:00pm pick up, I was provided a location to pick up the car tow trailer in Anderson, S.C. When I arrived, they advised they had no car tow trailers. I called UHaul customer service who gave me another location, within 5 miles to get the trailer. IWhen I arrived at that location, they did not have atrailer either. I was provided anotehr location and called ahead to verify availabilityand they did not. I called UHaul Customer Service again and was given another location. I called ahead and could not get an answer. so I went on site and found they had no trailers. Called UHaul customer service again and was given another location, to which I requested the UHaul Customer Service rep call ahead and verify support of teh request. They did and the trailer was available, the location ultimately supported the order. Terrible custoemr service and unless I asked, there was no concern for whether the trailer I needed was actually on site or not.
WILLIAM FHad to wait for 45 minutes to pick up trailer. No help with hooking up or checking the trailer prior to leaving.
