Checking in with phone was not a bad experience (I’m not technically suave) and checking out was just as easy. Web site was user friendly and explains each step in depth if need help. Only issue I had was trying to unlock the padlock to retrieve the key, watched the video on website and it showed me how. Easy pease ! Thank you.

Well first off I couldn't get on to return the truck so I called customer service, they told me to just leave it, I did and was charged 400.00 for a 50.00 rental, I used to rent from u haul all the time but the last couple of times have been a big hassle and next time I'll find someone else or do without you charged me 400.00 for a 25.00 truck and around 50 miles you do the math that doesn't equal 400.00
BRYAN MYou need to have cell phone service with Verizon who owns the only cell tower in this tiny town to make the 24/7 mobile service work. Because there is nobody physically in an office at this location, everything is done via mobile. I don't have service with Verizon, so I have to go to a local bar close by to upload my photos, license front and back, etc. You therefore have to call a local number between the hours of 9-5pm M-Sat to get the information for obtaining the key from one of tow lockboxes. Good luck if you try to rent off hours as you will be put on hold for 20-30 minutes calling the 800 number.

Amber WThere is a false indicator that says the right front tire is low on pressure. I spent $3.00 on air ($1.50 twice) to fill it. There is a low pressure warning sigh on the dash, but I could not find the reset button.
