I did not like the online portion of this experience. I would be reluctant to do this again. Wasted an hour drowning in online paperwork that was far over the top. I do not ever recall needing to call my friends, employer, etc. in order to rent a truck or car anywhere ever. I have a license, insurance, payment and I am well over 40, so for a day truck rental this was way too intrusive. And the process did not work. After an hour of wasted time, we still had no key to the truck. We had to do the whole thing over the phone anyway.The truck was clean and ran fine, but the app or process needs work. It was frustrating and all I could think was thankfully it was not 120 degrees and that I was mostly on my schedule.

I dropped off after hours, but it was easy to use the app and complete the drop off process. It would be more helpful if the drop off location was more specific. There are quite a few Mojave storages within a 3 mile radius

Frank OI have to mention the young lady named Michelle at this location. She noticed that I had rented from U-Haul in Vegas, but the storage facility was connected to U-Haul and no one could help so when I took the truck back to drop it off, took command and offered me the same deal one month free storage Size facility and everything went like clockwork but it’s because of people like her that make things work and make the world a better place. I was so glad that she was there to help me cause she really knows what she’s doing.
Ronald MIt was a total pain in the ass. From now on, I will only deal with a live person at the counter I was petrified to go for the 350 mile trip through the Mojave desert at night. The engine light was on the the first hundred miles
Peter EOverall this rental was a horrible experience, beyond imagination and could not believe how bad it was. Most of the problems were with UHAUL and their horrible system and app that made for nigh mare. If that was not bad enough who every used the truck before us left marijuana in the truck and put us in a very bad situation. Called mohave storage after the incident and they did not seem to care.
Brian WDisappointing turn in process. Nobody there to accept truck turn in, was returning truck as requested and had to call (on hold for 20 mins!) to find out what to do. Ended up using the drop box and had to hope nobody tried to steal it (kind of remote location) or break in, take the dolly truck lift door is not locked! Could have been someone calling in sick late? Anyway, when I did reach someone and she nice and helpful. I told her I was trying to turn in the truck early to help other people that needed a truck and that I hadn't even used the pads I rented (6 for 5 bucks I think) and since I was turning in the truck early and gone through a hassle with the process....she would try to get my pad rental fee rebated but that didn't happen.
Michael DNo attendant. The drop off address was confusing.. drop box on property across the street from listed address. I was charged an additional 60.00 for unknown reasons. With no one to ask to dispute.

Mario MI had horrible time picking up the truck plus your representative was asking for my passport or work stubs 2 seperate reference. Then when i was trying to return the car the web was not taking my milage along i called customer service. It took me 30 minutes to get a representative then i guess my miles were estimated. So over all horrible experience
John GWorse experience ever,promised a truck they didn't have i stock...waited an extra day, no go so they downsized truck, kept higher price, after I waited 3 days to get the TV Boxes I ordered that they had in stock... The 2 day move now was extended to 4 mores costs... And for all my trouble they gave me 20$ discount... On my future UHaul rental... Oh also I had to drive 110 miles to get my TV Boxes... Worst ever.

ryan mWe were told that we could pick up at 10:00 am at a remote location.... after going there our app said we couldn’t remotely get this vehicle... I called the number, drive to a different location and got the truck. I needed it at 7:00 am... they had it at 9:00.... that would even been better. My frustration is really with the U-Haul scheduling people.
