Everything was great until I returned the truck. I left it how I got it with even more gas then I picked it up with. My final invoice got charged an extra $48 for " missing or damaged" parts. I guarantee this was not the case. When I returned the truck the guy just took the keys and said "I'll take care of it" didnt even do a walk around of the truck with me. I also have a video walk around of the rruck when i picked it up. I believe I was taken for $48 and deserve a refund.

drop off was good, my only advise would be for uhaul to give accurate drop off addresses.. i received 2 different addresses. customer service was very helpful and maybe mines a one off but better info given at time of reservation would be great

Fuel level was lower than stated, low tire pressure light was on remained ob after adjusting tires to manufacturers specifications. Intsrior was not clean at pick up.i spent 40$ cleaning van before returning. I spent 10$ at a coin operated air pump attempting to reach manufacturers specified air pressure. Tires were 30 psi low. Time is money. Then i fibd a bill remaing dor 390+$ which im contesting.

I entered into a contract with my credit card and part of the signing of this was that you guys were not gonna use my credit card to collect anything because we paid you with PayPal That was accepted at Molly's when we paid a $130 to actually drive the car off the lot when we came back 5 days later we had only gone a 130 miles we already paid for a 100 they said we owed him $300 You people are lying to people when you say $19.99 a day. 20 × 5 is a $100 we paid a $100 you people said we owed $318 when we got back with a 130 miles on the car we put oil in it we put water in it we put air in the tires I have pictures of everything I'm not paying nothing and please stop running my credit card because if you don't it's gonna cost you a lot of money U-haul is the worst to ever rent from Worst experience Bad company Bad company Sincerely AI Sincerely AI

I had online reservation and I provided all required information. When I went to pick up the van they requested all yhe information again and looked like the person created new reservation. The van was dirty and the antenna was broken. The location is convenient but I am not sure if I will use it again. I have not received my receipt yet, it has been a day since I returned the uhaul.

Waiting to complete the sign in and out process was painful because the attendant had to tend to other customers in the convenience store. An owner or manager stood behind him, not helping just commanding the employee. It would have been curious and efficient to have helped myself or the customers buying snacks. No a comment about the store itself but the U-Haul app is garbage. Kill whatever contract you have with you outsourced development team because you may have just burned all the money and got a teenager with a laptop to make the shitty excuse for a mobile app shoved into a web frame with shit integrations with identity provider platforms. Seriously I just won’t use the app next time.

I rented the truck and picked it up at 11 am. Return the truck at 6:30 pm the same day. When I received the bill the invoice stated I returned the truck at 2:30 am the following day. I was charged to two full days in addition to all of the extra charges we duplicated. Also, I was charged for an appliance dolly that they didn’t have for me. I called the store after I received the invoice. They said the manager would return my call. This hasn’t happened. I will never use your business again.

It was horrible, I was scammed! Additional chargers were added to my bill that was not included in the contract! Absolute terrible customer service! Horrible communication! Everything was absolutely HORRIBLE!!

Super convenient The woman who helped me was very helpful but more importantly she had her young son in the store helping with other stuff and he was so pleasant and kind. You do not meet many young children these days that are respectful and kind. It was a pleasure meeting him. All around a great family.

The app was glitchy and spotty. It asked several times to upload my drivers license, then when I got there it said I had missing documents, which turned out to be my license again. After going through the process of uploading the license, it finally accepted it. Even the girl at the store was frustrated with it.

While the employee was very kind and respectful, that was the only good part. We reserved on line a pick up. When we got there we went through the whole process and were given a box truck. We were told the website was wrong and they didn't have a pick up. Then it turns out the box truck was dead after we did the whole inspection process and signing everything. Then they took 20 minutes to reverse that, then we had to start the process all over with a new one. It was a very lengthy process and frustrating Again, the employee was so sweet. Totally not her fault.
