The U-Haul was very clean, unfortunately the brackets and wheels to bring the door down were so rested and corroded that the door got stuck twice and I had to call for help for the U-Haul number. And then when I tried to return it it wouldn't start and it took me 20 minutes to get it to finally start.
All in all it took a lot of time away from the time I needed to get stuff done. The gentleman at the shop was very nice and very apologetic. So the people at the shop were absolutely phenomenal. There was just issues with the U-Haul itself.

It was unfortunate that the trailer was tagged on the outside of the trailer prior to my rental period. There wasn’t enough time for the employee to remove all of the paint. He was able to remove most of the major offensive writing. The trailer was very well maintained and clean inside. It served our needs very well.

The U-Haul rep was friendly but there was no room for the small trailer but it was accepted.
The rep told me to just drop the trailer anywhere and he would take care of it later.
More help is needed.
