It was easy to find, there was plenty of space for parking and the drop box was labeled. Directions given said to call upon arrival, but no one answered or called back, so ai was confused by the directions. Directions should specify that when this location is closed, return will have to be done online.

First off my pick up location did not have my truck so i had to drive to another, where they knew nothing about my rental. Then the lady there was absolute horrible, combative, condescending, unprofessional and more. Then she did not give me any paper work. Then the straps for my tires were terrible. I was told multiple times it would be ok, and so i tired them, 20 miles down the road one came unstrapped and thankfully the person driving behind me saw and we pulled over and bought new straps. Then I got to Idaho and get a text saying that i did not drop my truck off, only to call to discover that although i had the receipt for having dropped off the truck and car hauler they had not updated it in the computer. Needless too say I have nothing good to say about Uhaul at all, I have moved 18 times and always used them, but never again. That is unless someone reads this and actually takes into account just how bad this experience was and decides to reimburse me for the stapes along with a decent enough sized discount for my time and hassle. Very disappointed is an understatement. If i could give negative stars I would .

I had to make a last minute change, seems I picked the wrong size truck, they were able to get me in the right size and send me in my way pretty quick, great service, much appreciated.
