At 75, and being a woman, I still enjoy getting a good deal. Instead of paying hundreds to store my golf cart I chose my son’s garage for six months this winter. I rented a uhaul trailer, paid $25 and that was it! I did it on my own time, and the help of hitching it up and removing it was a plus!

DAVID CAfter I had hauled the vehicle I found out that the wiring was hanging down and none of the lights were working I took it to the drop off location and they kindly replaced the wiring but found out that the chains were dragging and the hitch was not on tightly. I was shocked.

Sheila KI reserved a truck at the Sagamore PKWY location in Lafayette IN a month before the move date. The day before I was to pick it up they called me and said sorry we don’t have a truck for you. So I had to drive 30 minutes up the road to this location to get the truck, the Lafayette store refused to go get it and have it ready for me the next morniing. Then I got charged extra mileage for the trip, probably because I had to drive from Monticello to Lafayette then over to Indianapolis. I told you morons exactly where I was going from, going to, and where I was dropping the truck off you should have been able to easily figure out the fucking miles I was going to drive to get there. I hate to give this guy at Monticello a bad rating because he was as nice and helpful as could be, even added additional miles since I had to drive extra but it did not come out right for whatever reason. Needless to say I’m pissed and I’ll NEVER recommend uhaul to anybody and hopefully never have to deal with this idiotic company again.

Lisa sIt was unclear whether I needed to proceed with my drop-off online or in-person / thankfully the Monticello Office had instructions on the outside. Office was not well marked from the street. There were several uhauls parked by a storage facility - the a few shops - then the office.
