First location switched to further away pick up. When I arrived I was told they don’t have my truck and to go to the corporate office? Double checked the address and went back inside. I was then told they had to rearrange the trucks to get mine. Glad we didn’t leave. Added time and mileage to our initial pick up, and was very confusing when we did arrive and were told to go elsewhere.

BAJRAM TMy vehicle has been in the shop. This was cheaper than a Enterprise car rental. Used it for work and back. Pretty basic stuff. Thank God they had something available nearby, otherwise I'll have to bus it over to a different location. It's convenient, nearby and the rental has been easier every time. Definitely would come back. Honestly if my vehicle is still at the shop, I would have no choice but to. Keep up the good work.

ROBERT KThis place is so convenient for me. Bobby and his crew has done a great job. The van was clean and I was able to pick up and return after hours. I did have an issue with the pick up, and Francisco was able help me. He knows his stuff. Give him a raise. Definitely 5 star service.
Oscar OJoin picking up the truck I was given an option where to turn it the truck. I first selected Smidt road in Bolingbrook and mentioned I preferred to return it at Joliet Airport. The man who was helping me said I could turn it in at any U-Haul location. Upon completing my task I realized I was closer to Renwick Road and Weber Rd location. I recalled the U-Haul representative at the pick up shop saying I could take it anywhere. At Weber and Renwick I was told it would cost an additional $500.00 to turn it in there as my contract indicated a Naperville return. After much discussion they accepted the return.
EDWARD LI think it would be best to go somewhere you can talk to a person in real life. The app is so cumbersome and slow. Took me 45 minutes to check in and 20 to check out.

NATALIE GI've rented uhaul many times from Southside near Chinatown to move to jaffersonpark and the price was good also one time in Northside in cicero, but this time in west montrose I guess the price is little bit expensive, in the beginning I used it for five miles more than fifty dollars 💵 I moved 5 miles extra you charge me more,

MILTON RI did the pick up outside store operating hours, which is great! However there was a slight hiccup when doing the customer verification. The names I have received the call but were not aware they would be receiving the call from an unknown number so they didn’t pick up. Your team called before I was able to notify them to pick up the phone. I would recommend adding this so the beginning where it states what I will need to start the rental, right where it informes you that you’ll need a license. Maybe it was there, I could’ve missed it.
Jose VMontrose Auto was excellent and the quality of service experienced was exemplary, as was the condition of the vehicle. This is in sharp contrast to the online reservation experience. Chill out with the upselling. It's disgusting and if I had another option I would have went with it due to this. I found things that I didn't add myself and services I specifically said I didn't want in my checkout - extremely sleazy.
ERIK JU-Haul automatically cancelled my reservation when I was running behind schedule. I had to rebook the entire reservation from scratch and go through the dual verification process again. That set from U-Haul to cancel my reservation was completely unnecessary and put me 1+ hours behind schedule and I could not get all my work done before returning the cargo van back.
ARIO T14 years ago I was charged $26.19 for my car rental and now I have been charged $26.19 and I would like to know why.

This was right in the neighborhood, friendly and very nice people that took excellent care. I did 3 rentals in a week and it all went smooth and was very pleased with the service.

My family has always rented from this location on Menard in Montrose. I will always come back to Bobby to rent our trucks it was an excellent experience.
