The new process of having the customer take a picture with their smartphone eliminates a part of your customer base. Not everyone has a smartphone & it is not just the elderly that use a flip/dial phone. People are deliberately choosing not to have a smartphone = digital minimalism. You must create a manual entry so that you can override the smartphone requirement. I had to have the good service gal use her phone, and it took several tries to get photos of my driver's license. You must correct this problem. It took a long time to check in and I got frustrated with your new, time consuming process. Please fix this and let me know at : tucsonrex@hotmail.com . Thank you.
