UHaul is a multi-millions of dollars corporation. Why is it that the lat several UHaul dealerships I have dealt with do not have either a) computer systems that actually work, or b) people who are trained to work these systems in at least a professional manner? The last several dealership's had unprofessional people, or exasperated people who had to use their smartphones to complete my transactions because UHaul cannot seem, or simply does not want to get it computer network act together. UHaul needs to get a grip and take some pride in professionalism and in their business. I think you have become complacent and lazy.
Richard BDid not get my money refunded after I turned truck back in.

Irene HI did not have any problems with the location at moody road I have a problem with uhaul I placed the order weeks ago for the biggest uhaul and when I got to the location. The young lady told me that uhaul changed much order without noticing me we had to make several trips I. The smalls uhaul and then had to return the uhaul before 1:00 , this service was unacceptable, and I had to call my family to bring more trucks to help me finish moving , never had Problems with uhaul until now !!!
DEWAYNE BTerrible place. Uhaul should cease their ability to represent Uhaul. I show up at 2pm to pick up my truck. Their Internet isn't working, not a huge deal. But they seem clueless about what to do. After about 30 minutes they give me keys to a truck and tell me the blankets/PO I purcahsed/rented are in the back. I walk out to the truck, the back gate is open, no blankets. I start the truck, the fuel gauge reads significantly different than the contract. I walk back in and report the discrepancy. I get a second truck. However, I don't get a contract. I go back inside and ask for a contract. 10 minutes later I get a contract in my email. The contract does not have mileage, fuel, or the insurance I paid for. I ask to have the contract reported correctly. Another 10 minutes goes by. I get the contract but the mileage on the contract is different than on the truck. They tell me "don't worry about it" and won't fix it. I didn't leave until after 3pm. Over an hour... Which cost me money because the people waiting for me to help load my stuff had nothing to do, so I had to pay them for more time. Total disaster. Also, the truck leaked water all over my belongings. It rained that night, the truck box has holes. It is clear someone tried to patch the holes at some point, well it didn't work and my stuff is ruined. I'd like my money back from this rental. Contact me for pictures.
Jason BThe question, were the personnel helpful, the u-haul location was closed, so no personnel were there.
Tonya KThe lady at the drop off point was extremely helpful, especially compared to the pick up point. The truck ended up having a brake fluid leak that we discovered after unloading it at our final destination.
Robert SPicked up the auto transport on 3/28/24. Hooked up the trailer myself to a uHaul truck that I had rented from a different location earlier that day, but there was no wiring harness for the trailer. The clerk inside (very friendly lady) said that they don't have any parts so I needed to take a trailer with no lights to a Hub about 20 minutes away. I did and the guy there was friendly and hooked up the wiring harness in a few seconds. Drove 30 minutes to the car that I was going to be loading. Loaded the car to find that the tire strap was broken. Drove the truck pulling the trailer 30 minutes in the opposite direction I was headed to get the strap fixed. Again, same guy was friendly enough and was able to get it fixed for me. Had my mom follow me in the car to put it on the trailer at the hub to make sure there were no other problems. Overall, everything worked, but was about 3 hours delayed in my departure on a 15 hour journey.
