I will say average because she said it was a new location (will give them the benefit of the doubt), but it was hard to find (1 very small sign and no trucks in parking lot so did not see it), and they could not do a truck return. After it was returned, I got a text the next day telling me i needed to return the truck. It took another phone call to resolve this to prove it was returned. I also had a lot of difficulty with a pod delivery. While the truck itself was fine (worked well etc) the overall experience dealing with UHaul was challenging and would look to rent from a different company next time a truck is needed.
