Dayton B.This doesn't reflect the location but the truck we drive from FL to NY had a severe air leak on the drivers door window that made a lot of noise throughout our trip. Also we received an offer to take a loaded trailer from FL to another location but this was sent two days after we had picked up the truck. We would have happily done that for the 350.00 offered but it wasn't very timely.

Nilda L.These people were very rude. And to add to that, I received an email saying my uhaul was not turned in on time. It was rented for four days and I turned it in the very next day after I rented it! Very unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied! :(

wanda C.Our truck and the only truck at this site had a dead battery in which it took 2 hours to fix. so it delayed us by 2 hours and then it died again at the house again and had to send a technician to give us a new battery. Then on the way home it blew a air conditioning hose in which we thought it was a radiator hose so it stranded us on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere for another hour until a family member came and met us to try to fix it. was very unhappy and disappointed with uhaul.
CYNTHIA O.The equipment that I rented was junk. The steering of the truck was loose and hard to hold on the road empty or loaded. I am a professional truck driver of 15+ yrs. I have never driven a truck that has as many issues as this one. It took 3 hrs to make an hour long trip. At 40 mph, this truck would not drive straight. Constantly swaying and pulling all directions.
Mike B.I did not receive my contract. They charged me for an dolly that I did not receive. The truck I recieve was in terrible condition. While driving the A/C did not work propery. All the lights were on while driving. The phone charger did not work so i couldn't use my phone. I stop on the side of the road and had to wait until my brother came to assist me. I call the customer call center and Spoke to vincent instead of him advising me to contact emergency road side assistance he advise me once i got to the return location to ask to speak to the General Manager.

LORI B.This was the 1st time I've rented - I will a little confused with the drop off. After hours drop off - I put the keys in the lock box but not the contract because I thought it was my receipt. And later had to take the contract in to the store.
LORI B.We had problems with the lights. It was the ground wire. It was not hooked up right. We had to fix it ourselves.
