It’s just a very old, out of the way convenience store in a poorer neighborhood. The people were VERY FRIENDLY, KIND, AND HELPFUL.

Patrick RThe Moores mill road location was incredible as far as customer service and friendliness. However, I made a reservation for a different location originally. I drove 10 hours to buy a car and I was on a tight schedule and when I arrived to the original reservation location I was told they didn’t have the trailer. She said that it automatically changed locations to somewhere else who had one. I did receive a text stating the reservation location and address but I also received lots of texts from U-Haul and I didn’t even notice it had changed. So I had to drive to the other location to grab the trailer and I barely made it on time. While I was notified of the address of the location I was never told it had changed from my original place. So it’s an easy thing to over look especially from a state I’ve never been to. That was very frustrating.

Joseph MA one man shop that works long hours so is convenient most of the day. He quickly took care of me, to include manually moving the car dolly to keep me from doing a poor job of backing it up.

Pamela RGetting this U-Haul was an absolute nightmare. The first location I when to was closed so there was no one there to get me my U-Haul so the switched my location to a send pickup location. Once I got to the second location they did not have what I need so I got sent to a 3rd location wasting a have a tank of my own gas in my personal vehicle. And when I dropped off the U-Haul it had a little less gas in it then it was supposed to have and I got charged $70. Worst experience ever. And the U-Haul had trash in the inside of the cab that was left by the previous renter that I had to clean out myself.

STEPHEN HI normally do not submit surveys but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The person was late arriving, computer was slow to boot up, while the attendant scrolled through her phone. Only one truck could be moved and they could find the keys. We wasted about 40 minutes. Had to get a 20’ truck for a piano, but i accepted it. I was on my lunch break. We get in the truck and it says 34 miles before we run out of gas. I go back in the store and was told I need to put gas in it and bring it back with a 1/4 tank. My husband took it back with 34 miles before empty and was charged $9.00 for gas. Worst experience ever. I will never ever go there again to rent a uhaul…..

ALLYSON HI drove the truck to a gas station about 5 miles away and had to put in 30 gallons of gas which cost $83. It was on EMPTY when I got it. This was the 15' truck that I got when I traded the 10' truck because it didn't have a ramp. The place I picked it up was Jay Dharma Inc 501 Drake Ave SW Huntsville, AL 35801
Bill GI was told that my particular unit that I originally scheduled was not available and that I would need to drive to another location to get it but this wasn’t until after I arrived to pick up trailer and this was after that location had closed. I am totally disappointed in this and how I had to pay extra.
