Have them clear out some space for the trucks. There was a trailer 2 inches from the back of the truck and a bunch of cars randomly parked all around it

I’m saying no tithe questions because the place was not open when I got there at 4:24 not knowing they closed at 3 pm, but it was good I called the closer one to More’s Motor, then Johnathan referred me to call the 800 number, Matthew walked me through iso I could leave the trailer there. It went well!!

Don't change a thing . You couldn't ask for any better service . I will rent again when i need too. Thanks to the great service nothing better .

I had to drive 30 miles to this drop off(60 miles round trip)from Greensboro why would you select this drop off when you have several dealers in Greensboro. When I get to Moore’s motors the place is closed. I’m 73 years old and could left the trailer off my ball hitch, strained my back and neck trying to do so.

This is a tough question. I haven’t seen a better facility in all my experiences of traveling.

I didn’t like the fact, I didn’t have any space to back the tow dolly in or enough space to turn around in the parking lot.

Was charged for a utility dolly and furniture pads I did not recieve as well as truck interior was not cleaned or maintained

The van was great but the pricing had way too many hidden fees at the very end. It was way more expensive than we had planned for. This makes me not want to use uhaul again

The van was nice and Mr Moore was a very nice gentleman to meet. The van was slightly dirty on the inside and the chage oil light was on and a few little chips and dents and chipped windshield. The van ran great . I was overall pleased.

This is been the worst experience and I've been so overcharged for nothing. I look forward to making my Google rating. I've never been more disappointed in anything and this experience has caused me nothing but hardship

The cargo van I rented was very dirty and had an awful smell like livestock had been transported in it. I have used Haul many times in the past and this by far was the dirtiest piece of equipment I ever leased. It almost made me throw up from he smell so I had the windows open a lot. The back of the van had not been cleaned in ages. I probably left it cleaner than I found it.

I was charged for gas and I put gas back to where it was before.
