This location was absolutely a mess. No one was showing up. I called the number on file, the guy was not on site. After waiting 15’ I knocked very hard on the door. It apparently waked up a guy who was inside, possibly drunk btw… The guy was very aggressive and told me to put the trailer in a specific place. I had to move it by hand, the guy not proposing any help. Absolutely unbelievable that Uhaul accepts to work with such people. In a nutshell this overall experience was terrible and really a shame for a national company like uhaul. No way I will use your service ever again. I will make sure to post reviews everywhere to let people know.

Michael BEven though the final location was excellent, the original dealer fell through with every aspect. I called the Indy Mobile location the day before to make sure everything was prepared. When we arrived, nothing was done to accommodate our reservation. We had to call the company headquarters to get a second truck. The new place in Mooresville bent over backwards to help us get the truck we needed.
