The location of Morgan's Ace Hardware is great. The guy helping us had no idea of how to get us going. Our truck was the only truck in the parking lot. He told me that the truck was already checked out even though he greeted me by name when I told him I was here for the U haul. After 20 minutes and him telling me that the truck is for someone else, I called Uhaul. The Uhaul rep was fantastic and talked to the guy. Turns out the guy didn't check the truck back in from the previous driver. We got started an hour late because of this experience.
