Kim BI made a reservation for a Saturday, but needed to reschedule. I stopped on site to ask what I needed to do to properly cancel my reservation & schedule another. Every one from start to finish, was very polite and down to earth. Very professional. I would consider going out of my way if I had to just to pick up a U-Haul from them if that is the experience I am gonna have every time! Aside from the people, the truck itself was probably the cleanest and most up to date truck I have rented from any U-Haul establishment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental truck.
