Stop the miles
SHULANDA L.I actually went to this location just to rent a U-haul, and found a few items I was looking for. Location very close to my home. Van was very clean, new and easy for me to drive/use. Only suggestion- Explain to the customer they need cell phone for checking in/out. Tell customer upfront what the fees are.

Jose M.The powder springs location I rented a van at was not good I tried many times calling that powder springs location they never answered the phone no matter how many times I called all through the day of the rental and they never answered the next day either I was calling to let them know I had left my yetti water container inside a plastic bag a long with some Pringles in the cab of the van so I can come and get them and that it's not trash but they never answered I hope I don't get charged for trash because I cleaned the van back out I just forgot my stuff in The cab but I couldn't get it because they never answered now I got to buy a new yetti water bottle it cost $60 with tax.
Samuel G.The lady running this rental site is very unprofessional. In 2020, I returned a U-Haul rental that I rented in Houston, Texas and she gave my wife a broom 🧹 to sweep the truck. On 11/04/2022 upon returning another truck I rented the day before, she again gave me a broom 🧹 to sweep the truck but I declined and she said she'll charge me $25 for the cleaning. I told her I'll ask my bank to decline the payment. Fortunately, there weren't sufficient funds in that payment method for her to impose that payment. She started yelling at me and told me she was my mother. I walked away. She was very impolite and unprofessional. I will not recommend this location to anyone trying to rent a truck.

Kishma H.This Uhual van I rented was completely filthy inside & out. I spent a hour and a half cleaning this van at the car wash before I was able to drive it. It was smoke burns in the seats, ashes on the floor along with all the dirt & mud & trash that was on the floor. Stains on the steering wheel, trash & mud, 2 old boxes were left in the back, a piece of ventilation equipment left from the last customer & old dirty shirts left in the back of the van. I've been renting with Uhual for 2months now & this is the first location I've had a bad experience with. Worst customer service ever & I'll never be back or refer anyone here. The place is inside a fish market!

DAVID P.Had no issue when picking up the truck. However, when I dropped the truck back off the gentleman running the counter started the conversation off with, " you waited to the last minute". He went out to check the truck came back stated I had driven the truck 27 miles instead of the 13 5 miles I had actually put on the truck. By their truck odometer. He wasn't ever Rude but he will add additional mileage. Be mindful of the mileage on the truck and what's actually on the receipt. Secondly, the engine light was on when I picked up the truck. It wasn't really a big deal because I wasn't leaving the city limits. Just be mindful of the mileage.

MICHAEL L.Cargo Van not well maintained. Floorboards and cup holder areas very dirty and greasy/sticky. The back bed has no rubber liner and the metal bottom is dented and very dirty. The one Cargo Van available has a check tire monitor warning light on and is a GAS GUZZLER.Attendent did not go over Van conditions upon rental or return...only concerned about mileage. ALAGIE K.I was switched between 3 or 4 locations an hour before pickup because the trailer size as needed was suddenly not available after I had made a reservation. When I got to the pick up location the price was more than double what I had reserved. The rep ended up manually adjusting it down after I was able to find screen shots I took of my reserved price. The pick up process took a very long time and was frustrating. The lady who helped me was friendly and helpful and did her best to get me on my way.

By 11am I just asked to be rerouted to the Austell people who were so nice and accommodating. I only want to get my uhauls from them.AND I want to shop at their store which as like an African farmers market!
