Dottie at Moses Mart in Louisburg, NC has it all under control! I will rent again at this location when need arises and refer friends to her. FYI, Jeffrey’s on NC 401, Youngsville has new owner and new name and no longer rents U-Hauls. Please correct your records. U-Haul sent me there for a 15’ truck and I didn’t know they no longer rented U-Hauls. Fortunately I didn’t drive to that location for my truck. Both telephone numbers for the Youngsville location have been disconnected so I asked Moses Mart about it and they don’t know new name or new telephone number!

Yeni CHold this location manager and owner responsible for their unethical, unprofessional, & dishonest behavior in renting me a U-Haul that should have never been rented out in this poor condition! Still waiting on the manager to respond, why is it taking so long to resolve my complaint?
SEKA GWhen I dropped off the truck in Goldsboro, I got charged extra for gas that was put in the truck. There a quarter of a tank when I picked it up and that's exactly what I put back in it and I was charged. I will not be dropping a uhaul truck back in Goldsboro on Grantham st again. Very unsatisfied
