Les HopsonMosley is a unmanned drop off location only. Nobody was available to complete the turn in procedure. We adhered to the contract by cleaning the truck, filling the gas tank to the required level and returning the vehicle early. However we fraudulently changed a gas bill via email that had a $30 gas service fee, a $95 gas fee and a $20 after hours service fee even though the truck was returned at 1:00-1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday! Total charge of $145.00. This organization is a total rip off and I am disputing these fraudulent charges Mosley is a cheat, liar, and a disgrace to the Uhaul family.
Dennis RyanUpdate your system. During the reservation process and change of equipment and location, I spoke to Uhaul reps a couple of times. I made it clear that I wanted to drop in the trailer in Auburn. At pick-up my contract drop location was blank. On the way to Auburn I got a text saying the drop location was Opelika. I called to change it. I was told there were no drop locations in Auburn which I know is incorrect. Nonetheless, I asked for drop locations in Dadeville AL as it is in the direction of travel planned. I was told there were none. I pushed back in a nice way and then the rep told me there is a drop location in Dadeville. the Dadeville address provided is not a uhaul drop location. After getting harassed for trespassing, we had had enough. We chose another location in Dadeville on our own and dropped the trailer at 955 E South Street. Then we get a text or email advising us we would be charged. We clear that up with uhaul reps after being on hold for way too long. Sunday, Aug 7 I get an email advising that teh trailer had not been returned. I call to clear that up on Monday, or at least think I did. Utter chaos from reservation to drop. Uhaul reps were polite even when I was not. I would have to assume the uhaul inventory/information system is weak at best. Whatever is causing the confusion creates misinformation and ill customers. Ill customers tend to take their frustration out the on rep that is simply trying to do their job with bad information. If nothing else comes from this survey, please take 224 Powell Hill Road, Dadeville AL out of your system. It is NOT a uhaul location.

Eddie ShadeedI never received my refund of the equipment that was charged. There was no equipment left in the truck. I called to get a refund or equipment from another location and after over an hour and a half I was hung up on by the representative. I called back to note the account of a refund but never received it. Also, I had to end up getting the truck at a different location which I never selected and had to call to get that rearranged as well.

Rex YoungTruck returned the night before it was due. Unclear where to leave truck. U-Haul app did not work so I could not do mobile check-in. Charged for 2 extra days after speaking with U-Haul that night. Unable to contact drop off location until second day.
