I highly recommend doing the reservation and the pick up and return through the online pick up a lot more easier and better and it helps not having to deal with these people inside the hotel especially when I asked the lady A question and she got frustrated and said can you please let me do my job but they bad attitude and it feels like we or I’m an inconvenience having to be there and them having to actually do some work Also last time when I was there, they complained about a little bit of trash that was in the back inside the truck, but I cleaned it out again in front of them and I mentioned that I was gonna need the truck next day so as I left to go get gas the lights on and when you leave the lights on, it makes a noise telling you they’re on so i called them and I told him hey you guys left the lights on and told him if they can turn it off because I don’t want the battery to die tomorrow when I go pick it up so what happens when get there first off the truck is open the keys were left in ignition overnight and the truck is dead so I feel like they did that on purpose because I question what they said the previous day regarding a little bit of trash since then I hate going in there and asking for anything so I do the everything online through my phone, which has been a whole lot more better and more convenient

VAN LWhen it was time to turn in truck I went to app. on Active rentals there was no active rental shown I called customer service I was put on hold for about 5 minutes a recording came on saying if I would choose a call back which I did. I waited for 20 minutes in the car at the parking lot with no call back so I left to make dinner. called that night again finally got live person saying don't worry you'll get a email regarding the return come to find out I was charged an extra $200 this is totally uncalled for of this charge worse experience I've had with Uhaul and I've been a customer since 1998. I DEMAND MY $200 BACK! Need a Supervisor on this matter ASAP!
