The time to pick up is extremely long. I was in the Uhaul store for almost two hours. I thought having a reservation would make things easier. Employee was very friendly and caring.

It was not necessarily the location's fault, but there was a miscommunication with what price I was quoted for a round trip and what they tried to charge me. It took an hour and a half to work out, but it finally got done and everything went great from there.

The lady that helped us check it in made us walk back to the truck 5 times cause the miles didn't match and so it took us about 30-45 minutes just to return it. Cause she kept writing down the number wrong. It took someone else to help her do it. I was not happy with her, she wasn't new

The delay that it took, given that the clerk was new, was understandable but still an inconvenience. Equipment was easily accessible however trailers should really be on jack stands not resting on the ground. For those of us that have lower back problems, find it an inconvenience to have to pick up their own trailer and load it on their ball hitch.

Ace hardware in Burley is where we were supposed to drop off they weren't accepting drop off and I wouldn't ever recommend renting from them, but Motion Storage was Amazing and were able to get us taken care of! They are the Best!

Update your rental software. It is archaic and pathetically slow. It takes way too long to check out and check back in upon return. The software is unnecessarily complicated for the cashier.

When I rented the truck I was told that I would be able to get my cash deposit back when I dropped it off. But I was informed that it will be refunded to my account but it would be immediately since I paid cash but I'm still waiting and it's been 4 days and I have nothing but I have been told now that it will take up to 5 days and the reason is that my bank is holding the refund. When I confirm with the bank manager and is shown that uhaul has not refunded anything and that uhaul is withholding the refund and has lied to multiple customers including me .. and to add insult to injury the truck I had ended up with a gas gauge problem that resulted in me over paying for gas by 25 dollars. I was then informed that uhaul doesn't do anything with that so end result is that you will be lied to ripped off and way overcharged for a subpar service and horrible company policy

They did not have a dolly and I had to go to EZ auto. The personnel at EZ auto said that they should have called and they would have sent over the dolly.

I dropped by to order the small truck...and received a text to pick it up. Went to pick it up and the truck was the medium truck; the customer rep stating it is out front and the air conditioning running; he did not ask us to check truck for cleanliness and should have. The interior had not been cleaned out .....and I was not given a reason for not getting the smaller truck.

Had the rep try and nickel and dime me, was completely ridiculous. I returned the uhaul clean and with no issues. I rent from uhaul all the time, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I need to rent again in a few days and I'll skip that location. I like uhaul so I won't let one bad experience ruin it but it was pretty ridiculous.

They didn't know what they were doing cost a lot more than quoted , laundry girls don't do truck rentals very well. Didn't do what they said they were going to do.

Make sure the it's the right size of truck we wanted. Also clean the truck. Make sure the equipment is working. Also don't double charge someone's account to make them over draft. Not a good place to rent from.

U-Haul customer service in Phoenix allowed the prior renter to extend their contract by two days. That put my truck one day late which caused significant logistics issues for me. In addition, the automobile tow dolly was in very poor condition when I rented it. Moving my household goods via U-Haul was a very disappointing experience..

Did not have the truck that I ordered. The trk that was promised was not in the location that it was supposed to be. The mger did offer a discount and it was applied. But, the trk I got did not have air conditioning. When I took it to get it fixed, the mechanic for road side assistance said that his "manager" told him that since no ac was not a "safey issue" that we could along the route, if it got to "unbearable" that we could take it to a ford dealership, because the truck was under warranty, and we could get it fixed at "along the way". Now who in their right mind is going to take the time to fix an ac in a trk when it should have been working the first place.... what I got my for my inconvenience was a billion apologies, 75.00 off on my rental, and 110.00 off my car carrier rental, 806.00 in gas money, when it would have cost me 400.00...so my comment uhaul is what is up with that......

Do not allow other companies like the one we got our tuck from to rent your evhicles to U-Haul customers any longer . One of the trucks we atempted to rent , had a pool of antifreeze on the passenger side floor . The truck was not clean and had not be inspected .

Access to the truck could be improved. Snow had frozen the rear door and the snow had been pushed into the truck leaving it hard to access. It's important to maintain the area around the vehicle for easier access and to make sure the snow is cleared away from the rear door so it isn't frozen shut.
