Having a location that is on any surface besides mud. I tracked mud into the cab due to the location surfacing being dirt, but after a snow. I like to leave things better than I received them, but time was not on my side, so I had to leave it chalky for the next customer. I liked that I was able to connect to a U-Haul specialist on a weekend. That made my spontaneous U-Haul use functional.

Rebecca MWhen I showed up to pick up my truck, no one was there. There was a sign that said “we are at a booth at the farmers market.. if you need uhaul help, call this number”… however the number was incorrect. They transposed the last two digits. I had to go onto the website and call from there. It literally took an hour to get a code to unlock the key from the key box. I was already irritated that I reserved a truck and trailer from the Rupert location, but got a call the day before pick up that I had to get the truck at heyburn and trailer in Rupert.. I had to leave my car at the uhaul place in hayburn.. drive to Rupert, pick up the trailer, then load the truck, then go back to heyburn to pick up my car.
