SCOTT MThere were several areas of damage on the truck but they were well documented. My starting point of travel was Nampa Idaho and my ending point was in Dewy Rose Georgia, some 2200 mile journey. The passenger side mirror was cracked from top to bottom, so that was a slight irritation to deal with. Otherwise, the truck drove very well. The car trailer was very easy to use and towed very well, also. No cruise control in this truck, which was a huge inconvenience to me because of the length of the journey. Overall, a good experience and good vehicle/trailer. Did have to add a quart of oil part way through the trip.

DAVID SI dropped the u-haul on the weekend when they were closed, I cannot rate the personnel. I wanted to drop it off at a different larger location that was open on the weekend. Motor Mayhem was a small establishment with limited parking. The street in front of the drop off had other u-hauls parked to prevent parking next to them, but I did find a spot in a tow away parking space in front of the store. There was no staff there to rate because they were closed. I would recommend Motor Mayhem for a drop off of a 20’ or smaller truck, but not recommend this as a drop off for 26’ trucks. I promptly received an e-mail from Motor Mayhem the next business day. I would recommend this location for smaller trucks. Your survey should allow for N/A for weekend drop off’s so as not to give them a NO on personnel etc. or allow you to leave it blank.
RICHARD SMy original pick up location had to be changed to this one. The original one I picked was closer to my house, while this one was several miles away in the neighboring town. Would have been helpful if uHaul would have made sure there was a truck available at my requested pick up location. Because for me that is also where my storage unit is.

Milan KExcellent service, the gentleman that helped me was the best. Very professional and courteous. Asked a few times if I had any questions in using the car dolly trailer. Was very thorough in explaining all the steps of loading, towing and unloading. Helped me hook up the trailer checked all lights to make sure everything worked. Really a good experience

Galen SI will not choose this place as a location to drop off or pick up a rental. There was no one available during business hours to drop off the trailer. I then got charged for an extra day because it took to long to return it on the app.
Dawn SThe procedures for checking the truck in and out takes way too long. I was supposed to get my truck at 9 am and by the time I watched a video and figured out how to retrieve the key, it was past 9:30. Ridiculous! Not efficient! I will deter anyone I can from this location.

Stewart BLuke is amazing. I got in a jam and needed a last minute break job on my tow vehicle. I couldn’t find a garage or dealer who wasn't already booked out weeks in advance. I remembered Luke from my last rental and called him. He listened to my story and said let me see if i can move some things around. Well he not only rented me a trailer, he save the day by fixing the car as well. Im a fan of uhaul and now motor mayhem for life!

Steve KTrailer had remnants of a previous user's moving (looks like a child lost some of their desk drawer contents) -- but on the plus side I wasn't asked any questions even though I brought it back with the same stuff from the previous person. I only moved a pair of appliances, so I cleaned up my own mess only (no mess). The location is great and the owner is friendly, but I would like to aggressively urge him to ventilate his shop, not just for the sake of his customers, but also for himself and his employees. I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and had to go through multiple rounds of chemotherapy (thankfully I survived) after being exposed to brake cleaner, gasoline fumes, and exhaust fumes from my own time as a mechanic. I know we're all different, but I am concerned for his well-being just as a human being.

JAVIERA PYour website is absolutely the worst. Pages did not want to load when I was making the reservation and the app did not work at the pickup. Had to go inside so I guess it was a good thing I didn't wait until they were closed. The truck was OK but someone parked it so close to another truck I had to crawl in through the passenger door.

Thane Ploved the new setup for connecting and securing the trailers to vehicles, My simpler than the previous screw down method. The staff at the pickup /drop off location were great!!
