Have the representatives be more helpful instead of walking away. Make sure everything that was reserved was there. I had to ask for a refund on the dolly that wasn’t in the truck.

There is need to let the customer know that everything is done online, I spent all out of time on site getting the app and logging in , if someone is computer/internet challenged they won’t make it , but it’s a wonderful humanoff system that worked perfectly well, I love it
