Wayne WI did not have any issues with this location. I did have a big issue with the UHaul app. It failed me measurably and delayed me just over an hour. I work and live in computer technology so rest assured that this was not a user issue but an application failure.

I also rent a storage unit from them and I'm completely happy with that as well. Brand new and secure facility. They are a family operation that are experienced and very professional. I will continue to do business with Mount Airy Self Storage for the foreseeable future without hesitation.

Debrea GI walked in for my scheduled pick up time for my trailer and was greeted with annoyed stares because I clearly came in during lunch time. The younger guy who helped me had nothing but smart aleck comments (eg "Does that thing have a trailer hitch?" "I wouldn't tow that if it were me.") and acted bothered the whole time I was there getting my trailer. I've used a trailer before and although I'm not a professional truck driver/mover, I do understand the basics of moving and hauling well enough to know if my vehicle has a trailer hitch or not. If it weren't for limited options to begin with and the need to use this service just the once, I'd have just left the trailer and walked out. Apparently there are plenty of others who have had a much better experience and/or don't mind being talked down to but this was my experience and so take it for what it's worth.
William MThe latch to hold one of the doors was broken. In fact, I couldn’t find the rivet holes where the latch was ever attached in the first place.

Stanley HOur experience with Adam was seamless!! I made 2 visits to that location prior to picking up the trailer and asked many questions; Adam was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns!! I had an issue with our reservation not showing on our account, I called Adam, and he called me right back and he resolved the issue and explained everything. We have another reservation for a truck next week and I am sure all will go as planned at that location.

JAMES MI am a repeat customer to this uhaul center. They are courteous and knowledgeable in the products and equipment they offer. I have rented uhaul products from other's, but they are, by far, the best that I've dealt with.
David CNo instructions to leave the vehicle. The QR code was worthless. Again, Uhaul needs to OVERHAUL its systems and customer related processes. All of this could have been so much easier, user friendly and customer centric.

We remained in it for more than 6 months after the house was finished because it was very convenient and afforded us time to manage moving in at a reasonable pace. I almost hated moving out :)
