The driver's seat wasn't adjustable, but I made it work. I did have a 25-minute hold time when I called to report the seat issue. It wasn't a problem for me but would be for someone shorter who couldn't reach the pedals. Overall great experience.Rebecca C.
We dropped the vehicle off earlier than the drop off time and put the key in the drop box. I was not happy to be charged $20 extra to drop it off early. Wasn't necessarily expecting a reduction in the rental charge but if I'm doing no-contact app-based 24/7 service why did I get charged?Suzette L.

I reserved a smaller truck but it was never delivered to the pick-up center.LINDA H.
I looked online 10 weeks ago and was told the price for my one way rental trailer would be $338. When I went to reserve one a couple of weeks later the price had jumped to $825 and they wouldn't give me a guarantee on a reservation. They would let me know 24 hrs in advance if they would have a trailer. They told me that my trailer was available but I had to drive 50 miles to get it and pay for a ferry trip. I know they might have a shortage of trailers but a jump in price from $338 to $825 is just taking advantage of customers. If they could make money renting for $338 a jump to $825 is out of line. I didn't need a truck this time or I would have rented from Penske.MARVIN B.

I suppose that this new internet self pick up and drop off is, or could be, convenient for some but in my case (most likely all my fault) it was a complete failure. If it had not been for the owner of the Mt. Baker facility I would have not been able to rent the van. He was a life saver!William D.

It is ridiculous that we have to travel on a ferry to pick up our uHaul because the local (Friday Harbor) location will not guarantee availability for pickup with advanced reservations.Robert J.

A bit frustrating to get charged extra for ONE gallon of fuel on the largest truck. I filled the tank to where I thought it needed to be. I doubt the resolution of the analog fuel gauge is accurate enough to identify one gallon short. This is a Uhaul system issue, not a location issue.David H.

Rotors on the front brakes were so warped that when braking the steering wheel vibrated so badly I could barely hold on. The automatic doesn't up shift until the tach is over 3200 and frankly, 8 MPG is unacceptable both economically and ecologically.Kennith W.

My difficulty has to do with Uhaul corporate in regards to this location. It's on an ISLAND. Offering a pickup location subscription at what may be a short distance on paper in reality involves a long drive to the ferry and a trip across water. There are no easy location substitutions.Nina L.
Well I absent mindedly left my high dollar hand truck or dolly in the rear of the uhaul I had rented . Upon returning to the uhaul rental site 2 or 3 days later , I was informed that no dolly was found in the truck I had used. Which is quite unfortunate for myself being it cost me well over $200.00 . It really was a nice dolly so I can see why Mr. Perry Pugh would rather keep it for himself , than do right and return it to it's rightful owner! However any future business with mt.
