The trailer jack was very difficult to use...we had to do it on pickup and drop because agents could not budge the scissor jack.

The location is a nice area. I parked the truck away from potential dinner customers but area was not well lite for drop off in the evening. Other wise the web application for return was easy. Truck ran good no issues.
