Christopher RIf you have reserved a U-Haul of any type and you get there they have none and I'm told you have to go an hour away to get one which means you have an hour and a halfway to get back to your real destination there should be a discount of some kind! Then on my return to U-Haul I had to call because I was given the wrong place to drop off! You should have better communication with where your the U-Haul equipment accessory and trailers trucks are at all times so these kinds of mistakes do not happen because it was very hard on myself

Richard HThe service I received at this location was exceptional. Even though there was a small problem when I arrived the staff promptly rectified the issue. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Mike MThe service at the location was very good, but the reservation I called in was lost in the system so the manager at the location had to fill in a new order all over again. The on-line reservation rep also had no record of a truck being at that location until I explained I already spoke with the local manger he had one. Then after placing another new lengthy order all over again I received a call on my phone from U-haul rep. telling me I could not take a truck from this location because it was for local use only and I would have to get another truck 30 miles away or be charged for returning the truck over 150 miles. The local manager said he never has been told of this restriction before. Finally after a very lengthy discussion thelocal manager and I both had over the phone with the U-haul rep explaining how I already reserved the truck twice within the last 30 minutes with no mention of any restrictions and had already paid for the truck he reluctantly agreed to honor the contractual agreement with no apologies. I have dealt with local U-haul stores and employees many times in the past with very good rep-or but you're corporate computer system needs a lot of work. Nobody seems to be in touch with the local outlets.

Vikki LThis Jacumba location was not listed on the website. I was only able to rent a vehicle from this location by phone. It is a disservice to the Mountain Sage Market UHaul to not have it listed as a location on the website.
