The truck didnt want to shift to 2nd gear, it would revv up knock then eventually shift.

JEFFREY CTwo major issues that ended up creating a cost and conflict. 1.) I was charged for renting 12 pads. There were only 6 pads in the bag. I made do with my own personal padding because by the time I realized I was shorted, the location was closed. 2.) I made it clear I was moving to a rural location a few miles from the drop off location. Because there is no drop off in that vicinity, I would have to drive it back to the closest drop point but I was assured I had extra miles included for this. That turned out to be incorrect and I was charged extra for those additional miles. I did not do any extra driving and the more I think on this point, my original pick up site was changed before I picked up the truck, so I'm sure I paid for part of that distance discrepancy as well.
Alan TThe truck needs to be equipped with cruise control. Also, I had to carry a step stool to get in and out of the truck. It should be equipped with a step rail or step.
