JOSHUA CThere was no hand truck, which I requested and paid for. This made moving my heavy furniture extremely difficult as I am a 56 year old woman with one helper. It resulted in having to drag some of my pieces and causing damage to them. This made my entire move terrible and now I am laid up with a bad back for some time.
Beth KOff the beaten trail. Customer service was excellent, however and facility well-kept.
STEPHEN GWe got there after hours. We did the share thing. They was no lock box on the truck. We had to wait for the to bring the key. We paid for a dolly and they didn't have one. We didn't get refunded for the dolly. Very disappointed and will not use this location again. Also I would like the 10.00 charge for the dolly refunded.
April KThey put my order in as pick up in store but I was picking up on the weekend and they were closed. Took forever to get that squared away. Then, they gave me the wrong code for the lock so I had a time getting that figured out. Lastly, check engine light was on the entire time so that was nerve racking.

MATTHEW MHave accurate information. The location was closed, however was told by a representative that it would be open. Took over an hour to get the truck. I had to speak to several different representatives, none of which were competent.
DAMIAN LI took a small amount of time to figure out the console and mundane stuff like moving the seats to comfortable positions. Once I got the keys, the truck was mine. I was happy with the experience and found the folks at both ends to be helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks.
EDWARD HDrop off location staff politely did not help me check in trailer early. Had to leave trailer with no reciept of drop off. Said they had other customers to help but there was no one visible.
REBECCA SThe vehicle I was given had over 135000 miles on it and would give me issues if the engine got too hot. I would have to turn the ac off in order to cool the engine from over heating. I also was supposed have gotten my uhaul from the original location I reserved it. I called to double check 4 days prior and was told the location had my rental equipment. The day off I got a call saying the location didn’t have it and I had to drive 35 mins out of town to get the uhaul and another 15 mins to get the auto transport.
BE BAfter a VERY frustrating experience with UHaul throughout the day, I landed at this location just minutes before their business hours ended and they were even willing to wait for me if I was late. They were SO kind and it made all of the other challenging experiences with UHaul that day feel much less stressful! Returning the rental was easy and they were equally kind and accommodating during this transaction as well. They definitely went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care!
Suzanne FRental found to have a large crate and packing material left in trailer after pick up. Ensure previous user has removed all trash and materials upon equipment return.

Franklin EI did not rent a van from U Haul, my brother did who lives 12 hours from me. I rented a U Haul a year ago, so my name is in their computer, however my brothers name, address, e mail, phone number and credit card information is certainly different from mine. Every day I kept receiving text, phone calls and e mails regarding HIS rental that I had nothing to do with. I kept calling U hual telling them they have the wrong person and to correct their information. They kept assuring me it was correct. Then I received a E Mail from U Haul collection agency to pay for a van I never rented. My brother went into the U Haul office where he rented it from and i went into another U Haul office where I live 700 miles from him, and this issue is still not corrected even though U Haul assures me it is.

Judith PI picked up the truck empty and was told to return truck empty and that was clearly marked on my contract sheet but was charged a fuel charge when returning because it was empty.

William PMake sure someone is always on duty that knows how to check in a returned truck. I have returned trucks twice at this location and one time nobody was there that knew how to check it in. Had to wait 30 minutes.
Kenneth TU-Haul picked up the equipment without notice. I would have returned it on my own. We had to get the Sheriff involved, and report it stolen to find out property on the truck. They came at 8:40 pm and took it like thieves No phone call. Nothing - would not return a call until the Detective got involved.
Gary MEverything was OK, but a little slower than I am accustomed to. The truck wasn’t filthy, was not swept out by the previous renter.

Anthony AAnswer your phones so we don’t have to wait one and a half hour to cancel truck drop off on weekends . your trying to scam people out of $20 dollars by not answering your phones. it’s not the rental place that’s to blame but uhaul.
elizabeth CThis location was about 30 miles from our property. We must have passed at least 10 other more convenient locations. Nothing wrong with this one, but it was completely out of our way.

Tracy BI will be contacting the store tomorrow, but was charged for 3 days when I only had the truck for 6 hours. Also the process to rent a truck is not very user friendly, took almost an hour in the store because the very nice person trying to help me simply could not get the transaction to go through.
Courtenay BThe cab of the truck was very muddy. also, this was not the location I reserved my truck from, but it was the only one that actually had a truck when I needed it. It was not convenient. Lastly, I had to call five times to finally talk to someone who sent me the right link the do an online check in.
Patricia RThey let ne leave with a trailer that the lights were not working. They said traffic would see the car tail lights. I had to go to an auto parts store to get them working
Donna JTrailer was clean, but had a very, very foul odor. I rinsed the floor inside with a mix of pine-sol and water and hung a couple car tree air fresheners to eliminate the smell immediately after picking up the trailer.

MICHELE GThe people were super nice and The equipment was clean but when dropping of the uhaul and vehicle transport the ramp was stuck and could not be removed.
DIANA CAlthough I had contracted to drop off at one location, I was given a different location to actually drop it off. When I called to discuss why, I was told,"because they don't need the truck there, they need the truck at this place."
DAVID JReps were not friendly and seemed like I was a burden to them. The trailer they assigned was old and rusty. The door was difficult to open/close/lock. I sprayed lithium grease on the moving parts when I got home and it seemed to help.
