I appreciate that this location was available on a holiday/Sunday. The gentleman called when there was a double booking issue and made sure I was still able to get a truck at the same price. He was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely rent from this location again in the future and will recommend.

I had so much trouble getting this unit here and was on the phone with Uhaul for at least 40+ minutes each time when I picked it up and when I dropped it off. The bill was completely wrong and I was on the phone for about a half hour getting that fixed! I am sooooo disappointed in the way my interaction went with Uhaul this time!!!

SUSAN WThis location is not set up for convenience. The lock boxes for the keys are outside the entrance and exit gates, and the trucks are parked near the exit gate inside. The UHaul procedure requires you to verify the truck you reserved is there, which means walking ~150 yards through the entrance gate to where the trucks are, then walking back out to retrieve the keys to the vehicle, then walking back in to actually get the vehicle. This location also requires a gate code to exit the facility, which is no longer accessible at this point in the app once you are at the point where keys are in the vehicle and require a phone call to UHaul to get the code to get out of the facility. The process took me almost 30 minutes.
