This location is not set up for convenience. The lock boxes for the keys are outside the entrance and exit gates, and the trucks are parked near the exit gate inside. The UHaul procedure requires you to verify the truck you reserved is there, which means walking ~150 yards through the entrance gate to where the trucks are, then walking back out to retrieve the keys to the vehicle, then walking back in to actually get the vehicle. This location also requires a gate code to exit the facility, which is no longer accessible at this point in the app once you are at the point where keys are in the vehicle and require a phone call to UHaul to get the code to get out of the facility. The process took me almost 30 minutes.
