I was initially disappointed when I showed up for my pick up, during the posted business hours because the location was locked up and there was nobody to help me. I then got on the phone with customer service and waited on hold. While waiting on hold, I downloaded the app, read the instructions and trouble shot the issues with the picture taking option of the app. By the time I connected with a live person who could help me, I had finally gotten everything to work. All together, I was delayed for almost an hour because of this. Once in the vehicle, I discovered that the gas tank had been left on empty and the check engine light was on. This was a huge annoyance because I was on a tight schedule which had already been delayed by having to do everything myself. As for the check engine light being on, there was nobody available to report the issue to, so I had take the risk of using the truck in the condition that it was in. While driving, the check engine light continued to flash and the A/c came in and out the whole trip. This made for an uncomfortable experience because the temperature was in the high 80’s with lots of humidity. Finally, I went to return the truck the next day, again during posted business hours, and the facility was again locked with nobody present. From start to finish the whole experience was very disappointing.

We didn’t really have any problems with the location or service itself. The trailer had a lot of dirt and debris in it so we had to spend time during our moving day cleaning it out. There was also a leak in the trailer and it was raining that day. Some of our furniture and clothes were wet.
