Have a large key return sign. It’s hard to find in the dark. We were looking for an orange drop box.
Lucy BTo be honest no one was available but it was clean and instructions was on the door. Im not good with online but I spoke to an agent and she guided me to ensure the drop off was smooth. She told me she would stay on the phone with me. I really appreciate how she cared about me. Uhaul have excellent employees. Thanks
DEBORAH NThe truck cab was very dusty and windshield was very dirty.. I went to location at 1pm to pickup but no one was there. I went back at 230pm and had to call staff member to come to front desk. Also, the entire pick up and drop off was made more lengthy because I had to upload pics of my license and pics of truck. I get the concept of easier to rent but in this case, it was more trouble.. Also, this location doesn't have a drop box for keys.

JOHN STruck AC did not work properly. The equipment I requested was not available. Truck cab smelled like cigarettes. Steering column looked like it had been broken apart recently and poorly repaired. No cruise control. Staff, while not unpleasant, was dismissive of my concerns.

Barbara BI purchased a lock sold at this location for the truck I rented. The lock did not fit in the truck latch. In the future maybe make inquiries as to the use of locks and know wether or not they fit.
