I reserved 12 moving pads/blankets. When I picked up the truck, there were none. I absolutely noticed that there was a notification that none were available. This was very disappointing. It would've been easy for a U-Haul employee to bring them from another location, my daughter's table got scratched, and she was very cross with me
PATRICK GI did a 2300 mile drive and the truck operated.without issue and AC was performing optimal and have no issues to report. I did find that I was only able to get 10 miles per gallon driving 65mph.

Thor GYour return instructions were horrible. I couldn’t get online with uhaul for over 45 mins. I sat in a dark parking lot alone trying to return my rental. I’ll never use uhaul again.

Simeon WI had also reserved a utility dolly with the uhaul and when I pick up the uhaul, the front desk lady told me that they didn't have any and to go to other locations to go one. The first place I went didn't have one. I had wasted time and gas in the uhaul to try and find one.
