Seems like furniture pads picked at one location can't be returned to a different location, but this was not clear at the beginning. Please make sure all location associates convey the same thing to the customer.

JoAnn LI had to pay extra for gas because I wasn't told if the gas pump automatically clipped off or not. Most cars once the gas is full will automatically stop the gas pump. I wish I could get a refund. I paid about $67 on gas when I had a quarter of a tank left.

Kathy RManager of this location directly told us that his storage units were of more importance than truck rentals. "I was about to close up early to do paperwork for my units. Do you have a reservation?" Every step of the way, he was irritated with us, as if hoping we would become angry and leave. We had already been told that was the only location with an available truck, so we sort of had to bear with his attitude or drive 40 miles to Mathis, Texas.

Chad NThey need to double check that the information is entered is correct. Mileage was entered wrong and caused an issue when returning after hours. Called 1-800-U-Haul and never heard back from them.

Brandon CThe driver side tire was old and bald on a rusty rim. When I arrived to pickup the trailer it was still parked on the last row being blocked in by two in front and six beside it. The guy moved the two trailer and wanted me to back down and hook up to the third. I refused and helped him drag the third trailer out some. I still had a maze to get out and we did no walk around inspections

Richard SWhen my husband and I arrived at the location there was no record of my uhaul reservation even though I reserved it online the day before and "checked in" to cut down the time. The lady who helped us was just "covering" for the person who really worked there and stated she didn't know how to use the system. I had originally reserved a trailer and appliance dolly, the person who helped us took over and hour to get our trailer reservation together and then because she didn't know where the appliance Dollys were informed me that I could take the trailer but would have to go to another location to get the appliance dolly cause she didn't know where they were. Needless to say my Husband and I were not about to drive across town to get a dolly after spending so much time trying to get a trailer. We ended up having to move out items on our own without the help of a dolly. I was so disappointed with the service I received.
SOPHIA AWe have rented storage sheds and now the U Haul from this location and Brany is the best!! Amazing customer service and the fastest U Haul trailer hookup and paperwork EVER!! She's awesome!
