The uhaul needs a alignment and it was shaking soooo bad they added insurance to it in which I didn’t request or need especially if e truck was raggedy but the gentleman that helped they were amazing.

They gave misinformation about drop off options. They didn’t know the dimensions of the truck. They entered my email address with a typo so o never received it. They said if I turned it in early I would receive a credit. None of that was true and since I didn’t receive the contract I went to the drop off site I use in Tallahassee and then had to go to another one. There was already damage to the truck at the time of rental. The upload link kept giving error messages possibly due to the torrential rain at the time. I saved the photos to my phone, but since I never received a receipt I don’t know if I was charged for damage.

I disagree with the fuel amount charged for the truck. I am confident that I did not use 5 gallons of gas. I ordered a appliance dolly for $10 but I received a $7. I would like a refund of the difference.

Everything was great, only issue was I did not receive my standard dolly. I checked the truck but did not think about it since I was also receiving an appliance dolly so this is more on me than it was the attending worker.

This locations was a lot better than the last one I rented from. They were so friendly and helpful. No extra charges that I wasnt told about.

Rep was not on premises when we arrived to pick up. Was not sure if they had left for the day? But waited for about 15 minand she arrived, she apparently was at another location to open something for somebody. Should have left a note.. She also had trouble with the computer system, so it took about 30 minutes to get the rental into the system. Then the e-mails I received had different pick-up and drop off locations than my paperwork showed..
