Rented a tow dolly. The ramps and the ratchets were difficult to operate. I lubricated the ramps and made it better.

Make sure the lug nuts are tight. They were all alittle loose!! Excellent trailer for towing and the load capacity!! The best I have ever towed!!

The agent was fine. The truck was dirty on the inside. At 60 mph the entire truck shook so bad my cup was spinning around in the drink holder.

I had a very hard time with the app to get my license picture. Kept saying that it was either too blurry or too much glare. The truck was jumping around up front suspension. Not well maintained. School alone when driving. Not a good drive at all.

make sure the windshield is clean - the only thing that we found wrong was the dirty windshield. The woman that checked us in was great - we had a great check in experience and had fun while waiting for the paperwork to be complete.

Don't add the dolly it reduces the back loading space and it forces you to remove and add a charge. I selected that I didn't need tools when doing my reservation. Those items are added to fish for extra charges. I was not happy at all
