The equipment was relatively clean on the outside but the inside of the truck (box portion) was filthy.

We had a great experience. I cannot remember his name but he was friendly, VERY helpful, and soooooo good. Thank you for the positive experience. This was the best and easier experience I have had with UHaul.

Everything was great. Truck rode well but had a hard time getting it to go to reverse when needed.
Once in reverse it worked great.

Please, improve the drop and tow mechanism, it fit loose and make a lot of noise, I prefer the old style with the knob to adjust the tension on the ball..

Guy attendant was rude and unprofessional..told us to inspect the truck ourselves and take pictures, he refused to inspect truck and left us talking to ourselves...truck was dirty, I filled up the truck and didn't even get a credit for there rudeness...or the extra gas .Never again!!!
I rented from Penske to drive my sister's belongings from San Antonio to Mission, they were absolutely wonderful...next time I'm going with them...
So DISAPPOINTED in you!!!!

Make sure the lug nuts are tight. They were all alittle loose!! Excellent trailer for towing and the load capacity!! The best I have ever towed!!

The agent was fine. The truck was dirty on the inside. At 60 mph the entire truck shook so bad my cup was spinning around in the drink holder.
