Rizwan QU-Haul app did not work!! Couldn’t get it to work on the return and no one picked up at U-Haul to try to remedy. Even went to the website and it stated no reservations under my number or contract. Very annoying to deal with

VALERI RIt was extremely difficult to get the truck. There was no U Haul representative at the location and the U Haul 24/7 was not working. I was able to contact the U Haul National help desk and they helped me get the truck.
Greg SThe self-service pick up app was TERRIBLE. Took 45 minutes on the phone with customer service to access key. Also, the app and order system is not integrated with the store. Dolly and furniture blankets were ordered and payed for on-line, but this location does not stock them. Very frustrating!
John PThe truck was excellent and provided the services I needed. Picking up the truck via the U-haul app went smoothly and was no problem. While returning the truck, however, the app crashed during the return process and then wouldn’t show any record of my rental (and therefore no longer allowed me to use the app to return). I had completed most of the return and called the support number listed. I spoke with a representative quickly and they were very helpful. They could see what I had completed and informed me of what to do next. I will definitely use this location again, but will be more prepared for possible problems arising with the app.
William Wwhen i picked up truck it was nice wheather but next day it was raining so when i unload truck i noticed that roof was leaking and my TV, Printer, Playstation 5, Mattress and few boxes of cloths and groceries were damaged.

Rahil ACindi the property manager was rude on the phone when I had a question about the reservation. She was also rude when we arrived. We were on time for the rental and did it through the app. However did not send a text on how to get the keys, we went inside to complete. Another customer was in there as well and she kicked all of us out of her “office”. She left to her apartment to get a charger for her phone. When she returned, she told us we were a few minutes late to our appointment.

Rolando EDespite we confirmed good wireless connectivity, the app wasn’t working. It kept saying “network connection lost”, but the iPhone confirmed we had 5 bars on LTE, which was your recommended requirements. It became exceptionally frustrating and majorly delayed our move start time. We took a screenshot to prove we had the appropriate connectivity. Otherwise, the physical location is convenient to us, but it was NOT staffed during business hours as was claimed on your website.
Michael CSince this location now only rents your trucks via you app, and the person at the location desk can't do anything related to the U-Haul rentals, I rated the location as below average and would not recommend it. Renting by just using your app was painful and took way too long. It took me a full 30 minutes to check out the truck, with difficulty in understanding what the app was asking for and where/how to insert the info. The lock box padlock was very had to read making it even more difficult. Then when I returned the truck, again using the app to take multiple pictures, and still needing to enter the mileage but with the interface to do this very non-intuitive, meant that check in was also frustrating and too time consuming. Please go back to using an agent at the rental locations to check out and in customers when renting.

ISRAEL PShameka Citizen is extremely professional and helpful. After reserving a 10" truck, and when a previous customer didn't return it on time, she had no choice but to schedule me for 4:15 pm the next day. However, she called me the following morning once it was brought back and changed my reservation to 10 am which helped me out tremendously. The service was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this U-haul location to others especially if they are dealing with Shameka.

Loic HInstall a lock box that provides the key to the truck. This way people can pick up the truck any time. This is a simple process, mail box and package delivery already do this.
Gregory SThey did not provide dolly and furniture pads even though that's why I rented the uhaul in the first place. I get they are closed on Thanksgiving even though they did not update their Google hours but they should have at least told me they don't have it. On top of that I got chaged for them with no way to remove that since I did not get them.

Ferdinand eThis is worst location for UHAUL nationwide in whole United States!!!they completely didn’t care about people money!! They want to take all my money on my bank with cold blood and to make me and my son homeless!!!! I rented 4 days from the pick up location but we dropped it in 1 day only! So I thought I will get a refund for the other 3 days! Instead this location took from my bank additional amount of $1,011 PLUS the 3 days charge that I paid it in the pick up location so the total I paid for ONLY 1 day truck rent is $1011+ $669.72=$1680.72 for 1 day rent for a UHAUL truck!!!!! This location took all my paycheck !!! I have $0 money in my bank !!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!! I I need my $1680.72 back minus 1 day rent and gas fees as we forgot to put gas half tank before we drop it!

Donald lDefinitely replace windshield wiper blades every 6 months. The truck I had the wiper blades would not be of much help in heavy rain. If there is a maintenance log for each truck -- replacement of wiper blades needs to be included for a 6 month schedule no matter how little the trucks are driven

Travis SThe rental location was good and clean. The floor of the truck was sticky and needed to be cleaned up. With regard to the truck. No cruise control is a big problem when moving long-distance. Also, a stereo from this century would be nice - no USB charging or plugins? If you are going any distance - its earbuds or a USB speaker.
Kent MSIgns! The location is partially hidden and,if one doesn't knoiw the area, will miss the entrance completely and will have to drive around again; approx. 2 miles! I have rented auto transports from this location several times. both experiences have been very good.

rickey bClosed unexpectedly on a weekday and Instructions for after hours pickup did not mention where to find key boxes. Another key box was very visible and with same lock on it. We wasted an hour trying various lock codes to no avail. If owners hadn’t arrived we would never have known how to get to key box. Owner laughed and said yes that confusion happens all the time…!?! But he hasn’t fixed it, added a sign or better instructions on website…!?!?!

Craig SAll went good, the only thing to note during checkout there was an extra charge for couple things that i did not use but some how the system applied the charge automatically. The staff was polite and took the items off the total charge.
Lino CThe problem is not with this location. The guy was nice and tried his best to help me. The problem is U-HAUL. Your company is terrible, and your app is complete crap. Even though I registered online a couple weeks ahead of time, downloaded the app, scanned in my photo, drivers license, etc. - when I went to pick it up I had to do that all over again. Plus the extras I ordered were not in the truck, but you billed me for stuff I DID NOT order. Renting from U-Haul was a complete disaster. And don't blame it on the poor guy running this location. He was fine. It's corporate that stinks.
