This is an issue with uHaul overall, but also this location. I had originally made arrangements to come here and pick up a truck and dolly, when I got to the location the store owner said the dolly was broken. I was still charged for the dolly and had to dispute it through my bank, and I was charged TWICE for the uhaul and had to wait days to get the credit back ($2000+ in one day!!!) The area manager contacted me to “fix” things but the experience was already horrible. I will not ever go through uHaul again to move. I paid over $1400 for a truck and dolly, and I’m still handling disputes with my bank TO THIS DAY over the same transactions.

First of all, I made reservations well in advance (3/31) for the 5/10 rental with the pick up location being at Evans Street Mini Storage. On the morning of our out of town trip, we get a call changing the location to Mozingo Rd Food Mart, which added 30 minutes to our busy schedule as we were moving our son out after his college graduation ceremony. We had downloaded the app weeks before and were all set except for the fact that we had not received the code to the lock which housed the key to the truck. The staff at the Food Mart had absolutely no clue how to help us. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a UHaul rep who ultimately told me to call a customer service number, as they could not send the code needed. After another 15 minutes on hold, we finally got through to someone who helped us with the code needed. Upon inspection, the truck's windshield was cracked -- but there was no place in the app to report that. The tank was 3/4 full. We took pictures before and after. Very stressful experience overall!
