They would not hook up trailer because they didn't want to be liable. Isnt that part of there job to make sure its hooked up correctly. They didn't even watch to see if i did it really right or if help check the lights. Never had a uhaul dealership do that or say that.DARRYL S.

There is nothing I can think of to make this any better. The paperwork took the longest. After it was completed, had a guy out there immediately to hook me up to my truck. Took maybe less than 5 minutes. Then I was off to Load trailer.Robert W.

Absolutely don't go to MPH Automotive. Does not represent the warmth and friendliness of the Piedmont community. Unhelpful... passes buck to some other place instead of taking care of customers. Besides the truck being in good condition, nothing positive to post about MPH Automotive.BENJAMIN B.

Had problems with using a pre-paid card (not aware of additional $100 deposit imposed by UHaul). The personnel at the pick up location were very patient and professional while we worked on getting this resolved. The two men who hooked up my car to tow trailer did an excellent, secure job. NOT happy with UHaul for having deposit policy for pre-paid card. Seems unnecessary. Money is money.Mary M.
My comment does not reflect on the location but on what I see as unreasonable charges. I find it unreasonable the charge for mileage on top of putting fuel in the truck. Your charge does not reflect actual wear and tear on the vehicle. I will look for alternative next time I have a moving need. If someone needs a Uhaul I would recommend this site but I will be hard pressed to recommend Uhaul due to unreasonable fees.PATRICK M.

Picked up truck from MPH Automotuve in Piedmont, OK. They were closed the day we were scheduled to pick up and did not let us know they were closed (wouldn't have been normally). That was frustrating.James B.

The U-Haul place was actually closed at the time of drop off which is no big deal, however there is no signage outside the building designating where to park, so we decided to park next to all the other U-Hauls in a gravel/dirt/grass lot. The owner however felt she needed to drive up there after we had finished parking and returned the keys to tell us we were going to be charged a fee for parking in the wrong spot even though it is next to the other U-Haul's not blocking any buildings or entry ways. I just think it's a little odd for there to not be any signage designating where they would prefer returns, and yet still be rude to us for parking in the only spot we sought as acceptable and for us to be charged for that.Koby O.

I understand that this is not a true U-hall establishment but putting your equipment in a dirt field does not help cleanliness. also what bothers me most is if you check my file I have rented from you three times so far this year and will have to use a trailer again in about three weeks to move my son to his new job in Enid OK this piedmont establishment charged me an additional l$10.00 for what they called a dirty interior of the trailer a shock to all who help us unload. Makes me question do I go to another company for the next rental.Steven C.

Unfortunately the location was closed, so I cannot give an viable rating. The location was accessible however and I had no problem with parking the vehicle. The staff was expedient in processing the truck back into the system. Thanks.Jackson L.
The setup was not inviting as to where to park or move the uhaul. There is only one entrance, and when the parking lot is full and they are working in their body shop it is difficult to move a 26ft truck with trailer attached. The worst part that is not their fault but pass along to uhaul is I was told I needed to fold the 24 furniture pads. My thought is this must be cleaned in some manner or prepared for the next customer. I was in 100 degree heat in the back of a truck folding so I would not have an excess charge.Joshua G.

Owner insisted his employee hook up the car hauler to my truck. Employee didn't latch tongue to ball on truck. When loading my car, the trailer came off the truck and hit my tailgate denting it and scratching it. Owner said to contact uhaul indicating neither he nor his employee were responsible. I believe they are. I will be contacting uhaul formerly and pursue further action.STEVEN P.
