My truck was unswept and full of debris, the furniture pads I ordered were not inside and I was told to “just go to uhaul in town and get the furniture pads”. I was unable to fully inspect/photo the truck bc the parking lot is also used as a drive thru. I was still charged for the missing furniture pads.

Great customer service and a quick process.
APRIL MTruck was parked 2” from another truck so I wasn’t able to take pictures of the truck. No matter, because the app didn’t work anyway, requiring me to call and express that and have someone document the fuel and the mileage. Then got it home (4mi away) only to realize there wasn’t any of the equipment in the truck m; dollys and furniture pads were apparently cancelled but nobody felt the need to let me know that. I never got a confirmation call the day before to discuss any of that. Overall a frustrating experience with UHaul.
