The truck we picked up had a busted windshield wiper, so we replaced it with one of our own; it had no fuel, so we added fuel to be able to do our move. However, we were still charged a fuel surcharge and not given any credit for the wiper and gas we added, even though the salesperson told us we would be credited. I am appalled by this experience and will be actively recommending against ever using U-Haul in the future.
JOANNA MStaff was busy with other matters and didn’t do anything beyond telling me where to park the truck. It would have been nice to complete the check-in (look at truck for damage, check fuel and mileage, etc)
ALLAN BThe location is absolutely awful. There’s no clear place to park the truck and the person who greeted me was absolutely rude. Basically made me feel like I was putting people in danger with how I park the truck. It was just awful. This place should not be a drop off or pick up place for U-Haul‘s 15 feet or more.
