TRAVIS JThis place was a dump! Nothing like an actual U-Haul Store location. It was just a pick-up location (for whatever reason). Not a nice part of town. Could not open the lock box for the keys. Contacted the Regional Manager and he drove to our location and assisted us. He was very helpful and courteous. Can't say enough good about him.
