Several isues. 1. I was moved around several times to locations not near me and had to call to get to something fairly close by. 2. When I arrived, the trailer I requested was not available but I was given what amounted to and upgrade at no charge. Fine but not what promised. It was heavier and impacted my gas mileage. 3. The tag was badly damaged and was lost from the trailer en route. It seemed that there was confusion about where the item I requested was available. The folks at Uhaul were quite willing to make the necessary adjustments, and the overall experience, though convoluted, worked out well for us. Thank you.

The back area of the truck had been freshly painted. When we placed my daughter’s furniture in it that’s when we realized it. We ended up having to put sheets down to put her remaining items in this ruining sheets to a few sets. The location was contacted. Some reached out and I sent them photos but I have yet to hear back from them. I feel this is a total disregard to our situation.

Elvis MLocation didn’t have necessary equipment(straps) needed for a Toy hauler. Wasn’t even asked anything concerning necessities. Went to another U-haul location and was sold wrong type of straps. Was told since toy hauler is new most u-haul dealers are unfamiliar with type of straps
